Purpose: This is a Significant Amendment to AQUIFER PROTECTION PERMIT NO. P-100381 PLACE ID 873, LTF 114044. This amendment establishes limits for monitoring parameters based on ambient monitoring data, extends ambient monitoring for specific parameters, and revises ongoing monitoring requirements based on historic facility data.

The two key requirements of APP are:

  • Meet the Aquifer Water Quality Standards (AWQS) at the points of compliance
  • Demonstrate Best Available Demonstrated Control Technology (BADCT)
